The life that we are accustomed has all changed overnight, replaced by home epidemic prevention and work from home. COVID-19 brought many activities to a halt, and this also means that our marketing teams must quickly adjust their practices and rethink how to stay connected with our customers in the toughest moments.
This severe epidemic has changed not only the work itself but also required us to learn a lot of valuable experience in all aspects. Such as our reaction to ourselves and the team, allowing us to focus more on our tasks.

The mission of firefighters is to help others. As the guardians of firefighters, whenever firefighters need it, whether it is repairing or replacing materials, we are happy to give a helping hand.
- Show empathy at all times.
Although everyone's experience during the epidemic is different, this is a historical event that everyone has experienced together, and this gives us the opportunity to tell a story that is more resonant. In addition, COVID-19 has brought all kinds of chaos and a lot of new information into everyone's lives. Therefore, in the precious and limited time, everyone will focus more on the truly important information. And we must show empathy and build a connection with users from a more intimate level.
