It's the first time Taiwan K.K. Corp. customize EN469 firefighting suit in such big size. The firefighter asked a tailor to measure his figure. The measurement results didn’t make sense. So, we asked our distributor to assist the big guy by cross-measuring his body, his casual shirt and trousers, and his formal suit. Luckily nobody felt tedious or annoying during this to-and-fro checking and questioning.
Firefighting garment is assembled by four-layer fabrics – outer shell, moisture layer, thermal barrier, and inner lining. The design should be ergonomic and allow fireman free movements. Measurement provided by wearer is key factor to sew a fitted clothing. While manufacturer’s profound experience is essential to make right judgement whether the measurement is correct and perfect to result in a fitted EN469 firefighting suit.
