Thermal inner lining in the form of knitted laminated non-woven at weight 500gsm

MAZIC® FM02KGVNW

MAZIC FM02KGVNW

MAZIC® FM02KGVNW is laminating fabric - knitted fabric laminated with non-woven fabric. No doubt of its fire resistant performance because of aramid fiber the major ingredient. The side of knitted fabric is tender, comfortable, and antistatic. So, Mazic® FM02KGVNW is able to be used as face cloth. The weave could be interlock or rib. Another side is felt type non-woven fabric.

It is needle-punch non-woven. Comparing to spunlace non-woven, the feel is even tenderer. In addition to fire resistance, Mazic® FM02KGVNW also has excellent performance of heat resistance, heat transfer from flame, or heat transfer from radiation. So, Mazic® FM02KGVNW could be applied as a thermal inner layer, and effectively increase protection against heat.

One layer provides double function - inner lining and thermal layer. Mazic® FM02KGVNW laminating fabric could be applied to boots, helmet, welding gloves, fire proximity garment, and so on. According to different applications, Mazic® FM02KGVNW could be adjusted in the weight, weave, or even materials. We always search the way to fulfill customers' demand.
