To help ensure suits are always mission-ready, SUPER ARMOR® encourages users to evaluate their turnout gear using the following four-level classification:
Black Card｜Disposal Level
Critical damage to structural integrity—must be retired immediately.
Red Card｜Severe Contamination or Damage
Visible contamination or damage—return to manufacturer immediately for cleaning and inspection.
Yellow Card｜Minor Soiling
No functional issues, only dirt, sweat, or ash—can be cleaned by the user.
Green Card｜Storage-Ready
Backup gear in storage—should be inspected regularly to prevent mold and aging.
