Introduction & Attention :
• Hang up KANOX Welding Blanket as curtains or lay it as blankets on the construction site, the cover range must be wide enough to take molten splash.
• After usage, please clean the molten splashes on the blanket. Molten splashes must be abandoned to safe places or the place specified by the plant. There should be no inflammables nearby. Otherwise, molten splashes with high temperature might ignite inflammables nearby.
• 3Subject to the volume of molten splashes, instant temperature might reach 1300° or above. In case the distance between construction site and KANOX Welding Blanket is less than 30cm, diameter of molten splashes is larger than 5mm, or a lot of facilities, equipments and inflammables surrounded, KANOX Welding Blankets might be charred or damaged owing to the over heat of molten splashes or smoke and muggy resulted from. KANOX Welding Blankets must be cooled to room temperature before inspection or folding up for next time use.
• In case welding blankets must be wetted according to specific requirements, please understand that wet KANOX Welding Blankets will be heavier, easier to be damaged, and harder to radiate heat.
• Molten splashes will slip or bounce away from the welding blankets which are stiff and with slippery surface. KANOX Welding Blankets are soft and tender, to prevent such danger happened. After usage, please seriously review KANOX Welding Blankets to judge whether they are able to be re-used.
• Other safety operations should be programmed according to work environment and construction procedures. Training and practice should be held periodically to help operators familiar with the usage of KANOX Welding Blankets and enhance industrial safety.
